I joined the painting industry when I worked for the Sherwin Williams Paint Company during my first year of college. During this time in my life, I had no clear career path or goals, making it difficult to truly apply myself to my work and my studies.
While working at Sherwin Williams I served homeowners from many walks of life with varying needs. Though they all had one thing in common, it was difficult for them to find a trusted painting professional that was interested in taking the time and responsibility needed to work alongside them. During my time at Sherwin Williams, I truly enjoyed taking the time to learn about the projects homeowners were undergoing. I found that I was adept in color theory and product knowledge. It was through these conversations that I quickly connected with the homeowners that I served.
Thanks to my experience at Sherwin Williams, I knew that I wanted to fill the professional gaps in the residential repaint market and make a career out of helping homeowners bring their visions to life by providing access to a professional and trustworthy painting service. Thus, Bengal Brush Painting was born.
Wanting to ensure that I not only had the hands-on experience to be successful in this endeavor, I finished school at Idaho State University where I obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration to assist me in the best business practices.
My business practices are guided by two simple principles. First, to provide the highest quality painting services in Idaho, while ensuring my customers remain at the forefront of the decision-making process. Second, empower others to bring their visions to life by providing access to a professional and trustworthy painting service.
My name is Sarah Reece and I am the owner of Bengal Brush Painting. I grew up in Blackfoot, Idaho where I attended Snake River High School. During my free-time I enjoy playing and relaxing. I love riding my mountain bike up City Creek, Skiing at Targhee, and playing with my dog, Charlie. I relax by traveling, camping, and spending time with my family and friends.
At Bengal Brush Painting, we believe in taking a collaborative approach on all of our projects. This approach has four key steps.
Step one: Initial consultation
Here we gather all of the details of your project. Such as your unique vision of the space, color options best suited to your individual wants, and your most desirable outcomes. During this time I will let you know what you can do to help prepare for your space for painting. After which, we will determine a painting schedule that works best for you. Shortly after the initial consultation, I will email you a formal estimate that breaks down the details we discussed in person.
Step two: Starting the painting process
We will begin the project by letting you know when our team is expected to arrive and leave each day. At the end of each day, we will ensure that your house is as clean and neat as possible, so you don't feel like you are living in renovation chaos.
Step three: Final walkthrough and touch-ups
Our team will do our best to ensure that every aspect of your home meets our standard of excellence. We do this by closely examining our work, room-by-room, and correcting any imperfections as needed. After which, you will conclude the project with your final walkthrough. If you find anything that does not meet your expectations, we will gladly correct it.
Step four: Final invoice
The final invoice will be sent via email after the project is finished. I will send you a text to let you know when to expect to receive it. After some time spent living in your newly updated space, if you find anything that does not meet your standards please call/text/email me and I will happily correct any imperfections.
